Phillip D. Wade
Phillip D. Wade is the CEO of Weston Executive Partners, and
will be your primary contact while working with our firm. Mr.
Wade established Weston Executive Partners when he identified
a need for a “one stop” reasonably-priced career
management firm through which senior executives and entrepreneurs
could leverage and expand their careers.
Mr. Wade brings a unique set of C-level and entrepreneurial
skills and experience to Weston Executive Partners. He provides
a depth of expertise and business acumen that encompasses
C-level positions, sales & marketing, operations, finance,
and consulting. Mr. Wade has succeeded as a CEO at both public
and private companies. As co-founder and CEO of Geerlings & Wade,
the country’s premiere direct marketer of wines, Mr
Wade successfully developed the company from start-up to
sales of over $35 million.
Mr Wade was also CEO of a turnaround situation, and has
provided his talents and insight to a venture-backed business.
Additionally, he has gained valuable experience as an investment
banker.
Mr. Wade is a graduate of Northeastern University with a
concentration in Business, and he began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Chris Adams 
Chris Adams is a Certified Professional Resume Writer, and
is an active member of the Professional Association of Resume
Writers and Career Counselors (PARW/CC). He has created well
over a thousand outstanding resumes and professional marketing
materials to satisfied clients over the course of his career.
For the past two years, Mr. Adams has focused his talents
on C-level professionals, writing resumes that have proven
extremely effective in the highly-competitive executive marketplace,
securing interviews for clients at companies ranging from
start-up to Fortune 500.
Mr. Adams has the ability to write resumes for virtually
all arenas, and is especially adept at identifying transferable
skills for professionals in the process of switching careers.
He also has a lengthy background in academic writing and
journalism, and has published hundreds of articles for nationally
and internationally distributed entertainment and culture
magazines. He is also the author of the critically and commercially
successful Turquoise Days (Soft Skull Press, 2002), which
was nominated for the "Excellence in Historical Recorded
Sound Research" Award, ARSC, 2002.
Mr. Adams is also an experienced editor and proofreader who
has worked for such established and respected institutions
as Harvard University, Biogen,Inc., and Avalon Publishing.
He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Boston's
Suffolk University in 1990, and is a member of Sigma Tau
Delta, the International English Honors Society.
Corinne Wade
Corinne Wade, no relation to Phil, is a senior resume
writer with Weston Executive Partners. She assists and
interviews clients to determine their career search objectives
and works with each client individually to create a professional,
concise Executive Profile, cover letter or Professional
Bio.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Corinne earned
her bachelor’s degree in Public Financial Management
with a minor in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington.
She spent several years in investor/public relations with
a venture capital firm and eight years creating copy for
corporate communications and marketing materials for a
national commercial real estate firm prior to joining
Weston Executive Partners.
Mary Martha Gingerella
Mary Martha Gingerella is a multi-faceted writer whose
resumes capture the person behind the career accomplishments,
thereby providing an enriched snapshot to recruiters and
potential employers. The bulk of Mary Martha’s diverse
career has involved partnering with executives, in both
the public and private sectors, to facilitate changes
in their core competencies, infrastructures, and process
and performance management systems.
For eleven years, Mary Martha owned a firm which consulted
for Fortune 500 clients in industries such as high technology,
computer hardware and software, retail, engineering, petroleum
/ oil, travel, health care, and academia. Her firm specialized
in partnering with organizations undergoing enterprise-wide
change and delivered customized solutions by utilizing
process reinvention methodologies, creating communications
strategies, designing curriculum, and developing training
plans for national roll-outs.
The past several years, Mary Martha has focused her efforts
on bridging the skill sets and competencies between our
educational systems and the business sector. She continues
to meet and consult with state departments of education,
universities / colleges, public school districts, CEOs
and human resource organizations as a catalyst for bridging
the needed competencies and shared goals between these
constituencies.
Mary Martha is also a professional proofreader, certified
business teacher, newsletter editor, and certified facilitator
in quality management and leadership. She frequently presents
at local and state level conferences on education, career,
and change management topics. She received her B.A. in
English from Akron University in Ohio.
Megan Donnell
Megan Donnell has been with Weston Executive Partners
since its inception. Her skilled and professional approach
to client service and managing business relationships
are fundamental to the operation of Weston Executive Partners.
She handles getting our clients to the right executive
search firms and recruiters. She also manages relationships
with recruiters and search firms.
Megan is a graduate of the University of Richmond. She holds
her MBA in Global Management, and is fluent in Spanish and
conversational in Portuguese.
Megan began her career in Chile where she taught English
for companies like Chilectra, Enersis and Chilgener. Upon
returning to the US she worked for the former Emerging Markets
Investment Bank Division of BankBoston and MIS, an ADP Company.
Megan has managed campaigns for such clients as Dreyfus,
Nationwide, Safeco, Van Eck Funds and Rydex Investments.
This involved handling all the pre-project discussions with
internal sales and the client, cross-selling print services
as applicable, data management, oversight of the printing
and mailing department, verification of proxy vote tabulation
and presentation of final reports to the client and/or their
board of directors. Her experience also includes directing
proxy campaigns and insurance annuities.
